The strength of the Subconscious

Your subconscious is like a large memory bank. The capacity is virtually unlimited. Permanently storing everything that ever happened to you.

By the time you reach age 21, you've kept the memory of a hundred times more than the entire contents of the Encyclopedia Britannica.

In hypnosis, older people often remember, very clearly, the events of the previous fifty years. Subconscious memory is a perfect thing, if there is doubt then it is the ability of remembering you.



Your subconscious function is to store and retrieve data. His job is to make sure that you respond exactly as you programmed. Your subconscious makes everything you say and do according to the pattern that is consistent with the concept of yourself.

Your subconscious is subjective. He does not think independently; he simply obey orders received from your consciousness. So you are conscious and subconscious commands you obey. If likened, your consciousness like a gardener, planting seeds, while your subconscious likened to a garden, or a fertile soil, where the seeds grow.

Your subconscious is a waitress who is not in doubt. He worked day and night to make you fit a pattern of behavior that is consistent with the experiences, hopes, and your emotional desires. Your subconscious can grow like a flower or even a weed in the garden of your life, in accordance with your mental created.

In addition, your subconscious has what is called impulse homeostasis. This makes your body temperature is at 36 degrees Celsius, as well as make you breathe regularly and keep your heart beating at a certain level. Through your autonomic nervous system, it maintains a balance between the hundreds of billions of chemicals in your cells so that all functions of your body in tune all the time.

Your subconscious also mentally rehearse homeostasis, by keeping you think and act in a manner consistent with what you have done and said in the past.

All your habits of thinking and acting are stored in your subconscious. He had kept all of your comfort zone and work to make your stay in it.

Your subconscious mind cause you feel emotionally and physically uncomfortable every time you try to do something new or different, or to change your behavior patterns.

You can feel your subconscious pull you back into your comfort zone every time you try something new. Even the thought of doing something different from what you just plain think, will make you feel tense and jittery.
