Quoted from page business insider, Friday (02/20/2015), in an interview, this businessman claimed to have failed the university entrance test three times. Right out of college, he applied to 30 companies and all rejected.
"I tried to work in the police station, they said, 'you can not'. I even apply to KFC. There were 24 applicants. 23 accepted. I am the only one who refused," said Ma.
Most people would feel so discouraged if you experience the same thing. Not with Ma. He founded Alibaba in 1998. But again, the difficulty swept. For three years he created a product that is not made a profit.
Ma claimed to be more creative. One of the challenges of the company it is the absence of a bank to disburse the money to fund his business.
He began a new payment program called Alipay. The program can transfer the payment of various currencies and is useful in helping buyers and sellers from different countries.
"When people hear about Alipay, they commented 'the dumbest idea I've ever heard'. I do not care, the importance of people can use it," he says.
As a result, today there are 800 million people who use Alipay.
